           BENDIGO LIBRARY : Every SECOND FRIDAY of the month 1pm - 3pm

Free and friendly creative group. Welcoming people 18+ with lived experience of diverse mental health, all artforms, skill levels and creative interests. Creative development workshops, arts connections and field trips on Country (creative learning excursions). Email us for days and times, and chat about ways to be involved. Workshops are open to diverse Disability access requests and Forest is happy to meet up before the group starts for anyone who'd like support easing into a new social space.

Meet Bendigo artist facilitator - Forest Keegel.

Forest is a visual artist with lots of experience unlocking doors to the arts, especially for creative people who may miss out on opportunities. Forest worked for 11 years at the Artful Dodgers Studios with people 15-28 experiencing complex trauma, and in Bendigo with Multicultural Arts Victoria. Forest is passionate about generating creative experiences for all.

​Group exhibition of artwork created by the Bendigo Schizy Inc Lived Experience Creative Collective in a series of workshops and field trips to explore ceramics, painting, photography, creative writing and time on Country with Dja Dja Wurrung custodians.

Exhibition is upstairs at the back of Library in glass display cases, accessible by lift. (Open during Library hours)
